Anthony's Favorite Spaghetti
Ingredients
Spaghetti Pasta
Cascone’s Sicilian Pasta Sauce
Sea Salt
Ricotta Cheese
Olive Oil
Romano Cheese
Butter
Directions
In a bowl add your Ricotta Cheese, a pinch of sea salt, and Romano Cheese. Do not over mix
Boil your salt water. Once your water is rolling add your pasta. When your pasta is al’dente drain and
do not rinse.
Add your pasta back the pot and pour in a jar of Cascone’s Sicilian Pasta Sauce. Turn your heat on low
add a knob of butter and stir until the pasta is incorporated with the sauce!
Serve your pasta in a bowl with a scoop of the seasoned Ricotta!
