Cauliflower Parmigiana
Ingredients
1 Head Cauliflower
1 jar Cascone’s Marinara Sauce
5 slices Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Fresh Basil
Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Directions
Trim your Cauliflower and flatten out the bottom. Slice the into ½ pieces.
Please on sheet pan and drizzle with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. When your Cauliflower is fork tender it is ready
Unwrap slowly allowing the steam out and top with Cascone’s Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese,
Grated Parmesan and bake until cheese is melted
Top with Fresh Basil and lightly drizzle with Olive Oil
