Spaghetti Squash Bolognese
Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash
Cascone’s Original Pasta Sauce
Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Ground Turkey
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Basil
Diced Onions
Directions
Slice your Spaghetti Squash in half, rub with Olive Oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 until fork tender. Take out the oven and let it sit. With a fork pull the squash
In a skillet add Olive Oil, Fresh Garlic, and Diced Yellow Onions( do not brown). Sautee and add your
ground Turkey. Once your Turkey is cooked add your jar of Cascone’s Original Pasta Sauce. Simmer
slowly incorporating all the flavors.
Top your Spaghetti Squash with your Turkey Bolognese Sauce, topped with Parmesan Cheese and bake
in the oven to reheat.
