Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 jar Cascone's Marinara Sauce
  • 5 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Grated parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions

  1. 1Trim the cauliflower, flatten the bottom, and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. 2Place on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 15 minutes, until fork-tender.
  4. 4Uncover slowly to release steam; top with Cascone's Marinara, mozzarella, and grated parmesan, and bake until the cheese melts.
  5. 5Top with fresh basil and a light drizzle of olive oil.
