Spaghetti Squash Bolognese
Roasted spaghetti squash topped with a turkey Bolognese built on Cascone's Original sauce.

Ingredients
- Spaghetti squash
- Cascone's Original Pasta Sauce
- Olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Ground turkey
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh basil
- Diced onions
Directions
- 1Halve the spaghetti squash, rub with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375F until fork-tender, then rest and pull into strands with a fork.
- 2In a skillet add olive oil, fresh garlic, and diced yellow onions (do not brown). Saute, then add the ground turkey.
- 3Once the turkey is cooked, add a jar of Cascone's Original Pasta Sauce and simmer slowly.
- 4Top the squash with the turkey Bolognese and parmesan and reheat in the oven.
