Pena's Pizza Sliders
Slider buns layered with Cascone's Original Pizza Sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, brushed with a garlic-herb butter and baked golden.

Ingredients
- 1 jar Cascone's Original Pizza Sauce
- 1 package Slider buns
- 8-10 slices Whole-milk mozzarella (sliced or shredded)
- Sliced pepperoni
- Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 stick Butter
Directions
- 1On a baking sheet, open the sliders. On the bottom side add Cascone's Pizza Sauce, mozzarella, torn fresh basil, pepperoni, parmesan, and a pinch of crushed red pepper.
- 2In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in the oregano, granulated garlic, and Italian seasoning. Place the top buns on the sliders and brush with the melted butter.
- 3Sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Uncover and finish until golden brown.
- 4Serve warm.
